With a deep understanding of rural properties, equestrian estates, hobby farms, land, ranches, and select luxury homes, Katelyn brings practical insight and hands-on experience to every transaction.

Her path into real estate was shaped early by hard work. Growing up helping run her family’s dog grooming business, Katelyn learned the value of responsibility, clear communication, and taking care of people the right way—lessons that still guide her approach today. At just 19 years old, she launched her real estate career in 2018 with a clear intention: to build something meaningful, honest, and rooted in relationships rather than volume.

Katelyn approaches real estate the same way she approaches life—boots on the ground and fully invested. She believes in doing the work, telling the truth, and advocating fiercely for her clients. To her, real estate isn’t about quick wins or closing days alone; it’s about being a steady presence through big decisions and life-changing moments. Outside of real estate, Katelyn feels most at home outdoors with her family and close friends. She spends her time riding her horse, working with her dogs, hunting, fishing, and embracing the lifestyle she often helps her clients find. Teaching her niece and nephews the outdoor skills and values she grew up with is one of her greatest joys—and a reflection of what matters most to her: family, self-reliance, and staying grounded in where you come from.
